What does Cohesion Insight actually do?

We read your marketing, finance, and ops data across the tools you already use, unify it in one decision layer, and hand you back the two or three decisions that matter, with the receipts attached. Not a dashboard. A chief of staff.
How is this different from a dashboard tool like Looker or Tableau?

Dashboards answer "what happened." Cohesion Insight answers "what do I do about it." Dashboards assume a data analyst downstream to turn the chart into a decision. We're the analyst, reading numbers overnight and returning the calls that matter by morning.
Do I need to know SQL, BI, or data engineering to use this?

No. If you can read a paragraph, you can read the brief. We do the analyst work upstream.
What size business is this built for?

Yes. One switch, from your account settings. Data leaves within 24 hours of a leave request.
Pricing & billing
What does beta cost?

Nothing. Beta is invite-only, setup done for you, no charge. When we open general availability we'll notify you 30 days in advance with the pricing structure and an option to convert or leave.
Will I be moved onto a paid plan automatically?

Never. You'll be asked, in writing, before any billing starts. Silence is a "no."
Connectors
Which tools do you connect to today?
Q. 001
HubSpot and QuickBooks are the first-class connectors. More are on the roadmap. Every new connector is opt-in and read-only.
Is the HubSpot connection read-only?

Yes. We request read scopes only. We never write, and we never train on your data.
Can I request a new connector?

Yes, at the bottom of the connectors page. We prioritize by beta demand.
Security & privacy
Do you train AI models on my business data?

No. Never. Your data is not used to train any model, ours or a vendor's. See the DPA for the full subprocessor list.
How is my data stored and encrypted?

Encrypted in transit and at rest, in a US-region cloud with row-level tenant isolation. Details in the security page.
Where are subprocessors listed?

Public list at legal/subprocessors, updated with 30-day advance notice on additions.

Cohesion Managed is a done-for-you tier. We set up the connections, tune the brief to your specific ops questions, and hand you the finished artifact each week. For teams that want the answer, not the tool.
